We want you to love your OnAir E3 as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused, uninstalled items in their original condition. Here’s how it works:
Return Policy
- Eligibility: Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached within 30 days of delivery.
- Refund Amount: Full refund minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
- Non-Returnable Items: Products that have been tampered with, altered, or installed are not eligible for return.
Warranty Exceptions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse: Running the car through water, off-road driving, or natural disasters.
- Accidents: Damage resulting from collisions or external impacts.
- Improper Installation: Installations not meeting OnAir standards.
- Excessive Adjustments: Continuous height adjustments leading to overheating.
- Prolonged Use in "Low" or "High" Settings: Excessive wear from extended use in these modes.
Important Notes
- Installed Products: If you’ve installed the system and wish to revert to factory settings, removal and restoration costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Customer Satisfaction: While we don’t accept returns on installed systems, we’re committed to resolving any issues. Contact us for technical support or guidance to optimize your OnAir E3 experience.
